Measurement of thin layer can also be done without too much difficulty, which is one of the difficult type of sample to measure. Thus your FTIR microscopy could be the very strong analytical tool once you equipped this GAO.

Earlier it was very difficult to see the sample at grazing angle and this new GAO has solved this problem with the LED. This GAO equipped with the same latest LED with microfiber, which we have used for Diamond ATR objective. Using this we can measure the spot without any difficulty.

    • The sample may be placed on a 13mm diameter window or on the provided 13mm alignment mirror. A variety of windows are available including KBr, BaF2, CaF2, Quartz, and ZnSe. S100R also provide the three sample holders. Each holders has hole of 1, 2 and 3mm. It is very useful for Transmission measurement.

    Cell body:

    • S100R is made of Aluminum and very thin profile (16mm). It can use for short working distance objective of microscope.

    Safety:

    • For minimize the transfer of external heat, S100R has water-cooling circuit in main body.
